Terms & Conditions
1. Definitions
"Content Captured" refers to the photography and videography services provided by Jamie Taylor.
"Client" refers to any individual, business, organization, or representative booking services with Content Captured.
2. Booking & Payment
A booking is only confirmed once agreed in writing by both parties.
Invoices must be paid within 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
For larger projects, a non-refundable booking fee of 25% may be required to secure the date.
Failure to make payment may result in delayed delivery of content.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule a booking with a minimum of 48 hours' notice.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled booking may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the agreed booking value.
In exceptional circumstances, Content Captured reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, injury, adverse weather conditions, equipment failure, or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
4. Content Delivery
Edited content will typically be delivered within:
Photography: 7–14 working days
Videography: 14–21 working days
Delivery times may vary during busy periods.
Expedited delivery may be available at an additional charge.
5. Editing & Style
All content is edited in the style and creative direction of Content Captured.
RAW, unedited images or video footage will not be provided unless specifically agreed in writing.
Additional editing requests beyond the original scope of work may incur additional charges.
6. Copyright & Usage
Content Captured retains copyright ownership of all photographs and video content unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive license to use the delivered content for personal, promotional, marketing, and business purposes.
Content may not be sold, altered significantly, or redistributed to third parties without prior written consent.
7. Portfolio & Marketing Usage
Content Captured reserves the right to use photographs and video footage for:
Website portfolios
Social media
Marketing materials
Promotional purposes
If a Client requires complete confidentiality, this must be agreed before the booking takes place.
8. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions, venue approvals, permits, or licences required for the shoot.
The Client agrees to ensure all participants behave safely throughout the session.
Content Captured reserves the right to terminate a shoot where safety is compromised.
9. Limitation of Liability
Whilst every effort is made to ensure the successful completion of all projects, Content Captured shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or unforeseen losses arising from the use of the content provided.
In the unlikely event of equipment failure, corruption of files, illness, or circumstances beyond reasonable control, liability shall be limited to any payments already received.
10. Travel
Travel within 20 miles of Teesside is included unless otherwise stated.
Additional travel costs, accommodation, parking charges, tolls, or venue fees may be charged for projects outside this area.
11. Force Majeure
Neither party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to adverse weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, transport disruption, or illness.
12. Acceptance
By booking services with Content Captured, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
Transformation & Fitness Photography
The Client acknowledges that results achieved through fitness, training, nutrition, or coaching are individual and cannot be guaranteed.
Content Captured is responsible only for the creation of photographic and video content and does not make any guarantees regarding business growth, social media performance, client acquisition, or fitness outcomes resulting from the use of the content.
